Salam and Hi,
Today I would like to share with you some of the things that I discovered during my internship – just briefly.
1) You find your own knowledge
No one is going to teach you what you want to learn. The knowledge is floating around, you just need to ask people and not be shy. Spoon feeding? You can wait for centuries as the other employees are busy too.
2) Office politics
Relationship in the office is complex. My suggestion is to keep a good heart for everyone. You will be seen as the neutral party and saved from the ‘battle’. Be happy and don’t meddle much on what other person is doing. Focus on you own work and do the best!
3) IDGAD – (I don’t give a damn)
This is a method to focus on your goal. Do not conform to friends that always want to have fun. Sometimes it is ok but nothing excessive. You need to stay on track of what you have to do and aim it high! You reap what you sow. If you reap happiness too much now, you cant save some for future and the afterlife.
